What does the outline review step look like?
Before we build the full pack, we send you a structured outline of your Business Plan for review. You can flag anything that feels off, add missing context, or confirm direction. We do not start full production until you approve it.
What if my clinic is already operating?
That is fine. The pack is designed to work whether you already have patients moving through the clinic or are still tightening patient flow, scheduling, capacity, and day-to-day operations. Your intake tells us where you are, and the deliverables are built around that stage, not around a clinic that already runs exactly the way it should.
