Do I need the Full Build first?

Monthly Analysis works best after the Full Build because it updates an existing plan, workbook, and AI Partner. If you do not have those yet, start with the Full Build first.

What do I submit each month?

You submit changes, completed and missed tactics, KPI movement, blockers, decisions, confidence, and useful evidence uploads. The monthly review is strongest when the submission is specific.

Is this a retainer?

No. It is a bounded monthly review and refresh cycle. It does not include unlimited calls, unlimited messages, or open-ended consulting support.
